Find a tranquil place where you can be alone. Sit quietly, breathe deeply and calm your thoughts. Ask the Angel of Healing to surround you with loving light. As you inhale, accept the Angels gift of healing, allowing your body,mind and spirit to relax in her gentle energy. Let your heart fill with love and gratitide for her as this process occurs. Afterward, spend some time in a peaceful and nurturing environment, so that you can fully absorb the healing power.
